The Okura Prestige Bangkok Hotel

The hotel had great facilities, including a beautiful pool and a well-equipped fitness center. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The location was fantastic, close to shopping malls and attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

The subway connection to the hotel closed quite early at 9pm, a bit inconvenient for late-night outings. It would be better if it stayed open until at least 10pm.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation , and the staff. All was good.

Located near several malls on Sukhumvit and the river, the hotel offers easy access to many BKK shopping locations and provides breathtaking views of the skyline. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The service is impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including delicious pastries. The hotel also features impressive facilities, such as a serene pool and a renowned spa.

The breakfast options were excellent, with a choice between a continental buffet and a unique Japanese breakfast bento. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the BTS Phloen Chit Station and close to shopping districts like Central World and Siam Paragon. The infinity pool on the 25th floor was a highlight, with warm salt water and amazing views. The gym was well-equipped, complete with a sauna and steam room. Our room was comfortable, with remote-controlled lighting and a Nespresso machine. we highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel delivers a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that meet my needs. the Spa & wellness centre is exceptional, offering a variety of massages, saunas and steam rooms. the Infinity Pool and Sun Terrace provide a perfect setting to relax with amazing views. the restaurant serves a delicious buffet breakfast with Halal food and options for special diets. The room advantages are evident: the full body massage and foot massage offered in the private facilities exceeded my expectations. Cons: the pool area can be noisy due to the number of people using it, making it difficult to have a quiet swim. the pool staff offered excellent service, providing a poolside snack bar and drinks, and beach umbrellas that were a great touch.

the infinity pool and steam room allowed for relaxation, and the Spa & wellness centre provided excellent service with full body massages. the halal food options were especially appreciated. Our room had stunning views and private facilities, making it a perfect retreat.

Although a minor inconvenience, we found that the snack bar by the pool lacked variety in options. the staff more than made up for it with their exceptional service and attentiveness.
